September, 2011: Best Network Infrastructure Vendor Awards

The Telecoms World Middle East is an annual event recognizing the outstanding achievements of leading organizations which have positively contributed to the development of the telecom industry in the Middle East.

Alloyant Wireless Technologies has been shortlisted in the "Best Network Infrastructure Vendor" category, alongside other vendors such as BT, Ciena and Ericsson. The awards will take place on 4 October 2011, at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai, UAE.

January, 2011 - 4th-Generation BWA Network in Northern Iraq

Alloyant Wireless Technologies / PCW have just deployed a carrier-class point to multipoint mobile wireless network in Northern Iraq. The network supports voice, data, mobility and SMS. Alloyant / PCW supplied the 4G systems, backhaul, and core network solutions.

The network is capable of mobile and fixed data, voice, and short message services, and is equipped to handle 15,000 subscribers in the first phase. The deal is valued at $ 3 million.
